We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our products, but we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Due to the seasonal nature of our products, specific items in your subscription box may vary from time to time.
Subscription boxes are shipped according to the schedule for your selected plan. While we make every effort to deliver on time, we are not responsible for delivery delays due to shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. If you receive damaged or spoiled products, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or credit to your account.
All content on the Mysteliora website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Mysteliora or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or republish any materials from our Services without our prior written consent.
